Introduction to ePicas

With ePicas you can view live availability on our website. This allows you to place orders at any time. In addition to placing orders, you can download the Excel option to look up already placed orders, order status, and tracking numbers.


To gain access to ePicas, contact your broker to receive an account, username, and password.


Click on the “Availability” tab on the homepage, and it will take you to ePicas.

Navigating ePicas

There are several ways to find the plants you’re searching for on ePicas! You can filter based off of:

  • Week: the week that the plants will ship out.
  • Form: this refers to the tray size the plants come in.
  • Genera: search based off the specific genus you’re interested in.

ePicas FAQs

How can I check on the status of my order?

Input your username/password to access ePicas. From there, click on Order Inquiry. Then Modify Search:

  • Specific Order = Gro ‘n Sell #
  • Specific Purchase Order = Broker Purchase Order

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, it is possible to add to your existing orders. To do this, you need to fill out a new order using the same purchase order number and ship week of the order you would like to change.


To drop an item, you must contact your broker or contact Gro ‘n Sell directly.

Will I receive my plants the same week I place my order?

Yes, as long as the availability order is placed by Tuesday at 12pm that week.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from ePicas. Afterwards, you will receive an acknowledgement from your broker that includes pricing.
