Is there a minimum tray order?
No, Gro ‘n Sell does not require minimum tray orders. We do suggest that you maximize shipping costs by filling boxes completely. Also, your broker may require a minimum so check with them, too.
How do I place an order with Gro ‘n Sell?
There are two options:
You can contact your broker to place an order with us. If you do not have one, please see our list of brokers for options.
You can also place an order online with ePicas or directly off of our availability page. To access online ordering, your broker will first need to get you set up with an account, then you will be given a username and password.
When can I pick up my order?
Orders are picked up between Wednesday and Friday during normal business hours. On Monday, you will receive a call from our office notifying you when your order will be available for pick-up. *During our heavy shipping period you may be contacted on Tuesday.
How can I track my order once it ships?
You will need to provide us with your email address so our system can generate a tracking number for you once the order is scanned/packed. Please send all “tracking requests” to firstname.lastname@example.org.
